牛記花卉農場成立於西元1971年，由吳明助先生與妻子吳陳秀瑛女士共同創立。牛記花卉農場專營蝴蝶蘭專業生產，為一條龍式生產，具備完整供應鏈能力， 包括研發新品種育種交配、病毒檢驗實驗室、組織培養、瓶苗生產、苗株種植，平地冷房催花。銷售以B2B為主要營運模式，業務銷售包括瓶苗、小苗、 中苗、大苗、開花株販售，本公司主要生產牛記自家培育之品種。

牛記非常重視蝴蝶蘭新品種研發，創辦人吳明助先生投入育種已經超過四十年， 每年都會有許多令人期待的新品種產生。研發部分，牛記新品種上市前，必須先通過內部測試，待測試通過之後才進行量產銷售，為的就是提供穩定品質的品種， 我們目前生產非常多廣受大眾歡迎新品種，並且不斷提供多元性產品供客戶選擇。除了提供多元化品種，在生產銷售部分，我們致力於生產高品質優良種苗銷售全球。 每年一月到四月，我們舉辦品種展示會，迎接來自世界各地的客戶來選擇新的品種。

OX ORCHIDS FARM was founded in 1979 by Mr. Wu Ming-Chu and his wife. We specialize in the development of new varieties of Phalaenopsis, providing high quality flask plants, young plants, ready for cooling plants and flowering plants. We have 2 tissue culture laboratories, and our greenhouse area is 4.8 hectares.

Since the 1970s, Mr. Wu started our Phalaenopsis breeding program and we continue to today. Through more than 40 years of breeding, OX has created many innovative varieties and distributed to the world. We have several varieties that have been produced more than 10 million and many varieties are produced in millions. Every year, we have an exhibition of our new varieties in OX ORCHIDS FARM. Usually the exhibition is from the Lunar New Year to the end of April.

All of our new varieties go through a number of internal tests before commercial production. Based on our test results, we selected the suitable market area and tested it again by local cooperating growers. Currently, our cooperating growers test our new varieties every year. They are come from the United States, Europe, China, Japan, Brazil, Vietnam, Malaysia and other countries.

In Taiwan, more than 100 growers and trading companies are our customers, most of whom have long-term business relationships with OX.
